The Crystal Palace

The Crystal Palace is the Magic Kingdom home to Winnie the Pooh and friends, including Tigger. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, the silly bear and his bouncy buddies prowl around the tables of this airy, delightful restaurant.

The restaurant is located between Main Street, U.S.A. and Adventureland. To get there you turn toward Adventureland at Casey’s Corner and follow the path. It’s a big building with all the windows. (How’d you like to clean all of those windows?)

About the Crystal Palace

The food is served buffet style. There is a carving station, and some of the food is prepared in a live on-stage kitchen. There is a separate buffet just for the kids called Pooh’s Corner. It’s filled with things like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, and pizza.

All the meals are character meals. Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet make an appearance at every table during mealtimes.

Magic Kingdom Dining

The Magic Kingdom has some pretty good places to eat. (Yes, Crystal Palace is pretty good.) If you look just down Main Street, you have Casey’s Corner, Main Street Bake Shop, and that little restaurant in the castle. Eating in the Magic Kingdom is more than just hamburgers and hot dogs. Check it out.

Dad’s Bottom Line

The Crystal Palace is a unique buffet. It’s a great place for kids. The kids buffet is a great addition. The regular buffet sometimes tries too hard to be upscale. Still, it’s a good experience.
