The Crystal Palace is a gorgeously decked out restaurant that looks like it’s made of glass (because it kind of is, with its tall windows that peer right out into the Hub.) Inspired by greenhouses of the late 1800s, it’s filled with light inside and features touches like detailed wrought-iron chairs and turn-of-the-century light fixtures.
But that’s not why so many guests call the Crystal Palace a favorite place to dine. This table-service restaurant is also home to a beloved character dining experience: the chance to dine with Winnie the Pooh and friends!
Here, you can enjoy a buffet spread as well as table-side visits from Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and other friends from the Hundred Acre Wood as they celebrate friendship. And for kids of all ages, it’s a must-do dining opportunity.
The Crystal Palace Location
The Crystal Palace is technically located on Main Street, U.S.A., but not on the “main drag” as you head toward Cinderella Castle. It’s off to the left as you enter the park – take a left turn at Casey’s Corner and head toward Adventureland, and you’ll spot the large Victorian-inspired restaurant.

At the Crystal Palace, the food is as great as the character experience. The food is solid for every palate and age group, and you’ll find an expansive buffet that offers something for everyone (picky eaters and adults included!) The meals are fixed price for adults and children, meaning you can take an all-you-care-to-enjoy approach as you serve yourself.

Disney Dining Plan
The Crystal Palace does accept the Disney Dining Plan, and no matter what time of day you dine here, it’ll cost you one table-service meal credit.
Just note that because it is a table-service spot, you can only use the Disney Dining Plan here – not the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan.
Advance Dining Reservations
As both a table-service restaurant and a popular character dining destination, the Crystal Palace absolutely takes advance dining reservations (ADRs) – and you’ll want to make sure to make one for your visit.
ADRs are highly recommended for the Crystal Palace, and they can be tricky to grab. It’s a very popular dining reservation, and those reservations disappear fast when they open up at the 60-day mark.
However, since you can dine for three meals here, your odds of getting a reservation may be a tiny bit higher than at alternatives that only serve one or two meals a day.
Is The Crystal Palace Kid-Friendly?
Every character dining destination is kid-friendly, but the Crystal Palace is particularly welcoming. Kids of all ages, from infants to tweens and teens, will find the environment perfectly comfortable.
Since you’ll be surrounded by kids (and kids at heart), you won’t need to worry about noise, excitable little ones, or even those early morning or late afternoon grumpy spells in this casual dining environment.
