Interested in grabbing some of the tasty fare you’ve heard about from Yak & Yeti Restaurant, but can’t get a reservation? You can skip the table-service meal and opt to dine at Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes instead.

This quick-service restaurant is attached to its larger sit-down sibling, but it offers walk-up service and an outdoor dining area for grab-and-go meals at a faster pace. Serving pan-Asian fare, you can get some similar dishes here, at more affordable prices and without any fuss.

Disney Dining Plan

Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes does accept both versions of the Disney Dining Plan. Since it’s a quick-service restaurant, you can use your quick-service credits on either plan here – or a snack credit if you so choose.

It’ll cost you one quick-service meal credit per person to dine here, if you’re ordering entrées for adults or kids.

Advance Dining Reservations

Like all other quick-service restaurants at Disney World, Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes doesn’t offer or accept advance dining reservations (ADRs). If you’d like to dine here, you can walk up any time it’s open.

You also can’t use Disney’s Mobile Order service here, so your only option to place an order is to wait in line.

Is Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes Kid-Friendly?

When it comes to quick-service restaurants at Disney World, pretty much every one of your options is kid-friendly. After all, these dining destinations are designed for quick meals that can be picked up and enjoyed anywhere – and that’s why Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes is a kid-friendly choice.

Here, you and the family can choose from a wide range of options. If you or the kids are in the mood for Asian cuisine, you’ll find it here. Picky eaters need something more American-leaning or familiar? That’s covered, too.

One of the biggest perks of choosing Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes over Yak & Yeti Restaurant is the availability of a streamlined, simplified kids’ menu. Here, picky eaters will have no trouble at all choosing from a trio of kid-friendly options: a cheeseburger, chicken strips, and peanut butter and jelly. You really won’t go wrong dining here with kids of any age (and the adults in your party won’t complain, either!)
