Asia at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a vibrant area designed to mimic the diverse landscapes and cultures of the Asian continent. The immersive land features detailed architecture inspired by various Asian cultures, truly transporting you across the globe.

The land is home to two major rides, Kali River Rapids and Expedition Everest. But there are also some incredible animal exhibits to enjoy, such as the Feathered Friends in Flight show and the Maharajah Jungle Trek. We’ll be sharing everything that you need to know when visiting Asia in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

  • Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain: A high-speed roller coaster through the Himalayan mountains, as you try and escape from the fearsome Yeti.
  • Kali River Rapids: A thrilling river raft ride that navigates turbulent waters. Just know you will get wet!
  • Feathered Friends in Flight!: A fun live bird show featuring a variety of exotic birds demonstrating their flight skills and natural behaviors.
  • Maharajah Jungle Trek: A walking path where you can spot the following animal species:
    • Asian Tigers
    • Gibbons
    • Elds deer
    • Blackbuck
    • Komodo dragon
    • Malayan flying fox
