This is one of the pricier options on Disney property. If you find your dining style to be more like Timon and Pumba, where you’re looking for cheap grub under any log, this might not be for you. However, with so many people raving about the food and experience and if you aren’t on strict budget, check it out!

STK Orlando

STK is a chain of upscale, modern steakhouses with locations in various US cities as well as other countries. What is an upscale steakhouse, you ask? Well, let’s just say this is a bit more than meat and potatoes.

What to Expect

If you like steak (and Dad does!), STK Orlando might make the cut! (like a cut of steak, get it?)

STK is not your typical steakhouse. One thing to know is that STK always has a live DJ. Some have described this as a steakhouse and dance club combined. If you dine in the main dining area this is not a quiet and relaxed setting. It’s loud, upbeat and full of energy. However, the upscale theming of the main dining area is something to see. Yes, this is probably the most expensive restaurant in Disney Springs, but you’ll feel like a VIP.

Not excited about the loud atmosphere? STK can still be the perfect date night without the kids! It is loud if you choose to sit in the main seating area, but the lounge area upstairs, as well as the outdoor seating, get you away from all the noise and into a more casual setting.

The outdoor seating provides a wonderful opportunity to get a nice view of the Disney Springs area.

Location

STK is located in The Landing at Disney Springs, right across from Maria & Enzos.

Brunch

On Saturday and Sunday, STK offers brunch. Much like their lunch and dinner menus, the brunch menu features new twists on old favorites.

Dinner

If you are a steak lover, the dinner menu is what you’ll want! A long list of different cuts of steak, as well as seafood, and other offerings.

While beer, wine, and cocktail options are available on each menu, the dinner menu’s selection is quite large.

Lounge Menu

For a less expensive way to enjoy some grub at STK, go during the Social Hour (think Happy Hour at most places). The lounge menu offers snack type foods, with the same creativity as their other menus.

Advanced Dining Reservations

As with any restaurant on WDW property, you’ll want to make an ADR. Seriously, we can’t just sing “Hakuna Matata” and hope for the best anymore. Make an ADR. Trust me.

The Disney Dining Plan

STK is considered a signature dining restaurant and requires two table service credits on the dining plan.

There is debate on whether STK is a good use of the DDP.

Extra Fun

The volume of the music is turned up as the evening goes on. If you have to go to a club, you might as well go to one that serves steak

STK was named on Forbes 100 Best Steakhouses list..

Destinations to Travel

Dad’s Bottom Line

Disney Spring offers many of the most creative dining opportunities with Walt Disney World. STK is loved by many, and might be your new favorite place!
