You’ve lived with the land over in EPCOT’s The Land Pavilion – or at least, you have if your kids let you kick your feet up and take an air-conditioned cruise through Living with the Land – and now, you can grab a meal with it, too. Just head over to Sunshine Seasons, a quick-service restaurant that offers something for everyone.

This dining spot is a great option for the whole family because it’s designed like a food court. Guests can head to different “stations” to grab entrées or snacks for breakfast and lunch, which makes it easy to find something for picky eaters of all kinds (including adults!)

Best of all, the dishes here are made with ingredients grown right inside the greenhouses you see as you ride Living with the Land, making for a particularly unique Disney World meal.

Plus, with plenty of indoor seating available, this is a great place to take a break indoors when hunger strikes.

Sunshine Seasons Location

Sunshine Seasons is located inside The Land Pavilion at EPCOT, which sits in World Nature and next to World Celebration (or, more specifically, between The Seas with Nemo and Friends and the Imagination! Pavilion.)

Disney Dining Plan

Sunshine Seasons does accept the Disney Dining Plan, and you can use either version of the plan at this quick-service restaurant.

If you’re opting for a full entrée here, it’ll cost you one quick-service meal credit. If you’re just picking up a snack, it’ll cost you one snack credit.

Advance Dining Reservations

Because Sunshine Seasons is a quick-service restaurant with a food court style setup, there are no advance dining reservations (ADRs) needed to dine here. In fact, they aren’t even offered, so you can walk up any time to grab a bite.

Is Sunshine Seasons Kid-Friendly?

Thanks to the flexibility of food choices here and the option to either sit down and dine or grab a meal to go, Sunshine Seasons is definitely kid-friendly. There are a plethora of kid-friendly food options on the menu, both healthy snacks and sweeter treats for quick bites and a variety of options for meals.

And since this is a very casual dining destination, you don’t have to worry about appearance, noise level, or behavior while dining (to a reasonable extent, obviously!)
