We recently had the chance to stay right across the street from Disney Springs (seriously, just a 5 minute walk!) at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista, which just might be the best value hotel in all of Walt Disney World. You’ll save a ton by staying here without sacrificing comfort or amenities, so you can spend those hard-earned vacation dollars on things like dining, souvenirs, or even a longer trip!
About Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista
Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista (or Wyndham Garden LBV, as you might see it called) is part the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, and it’s actually the closest one to Disney Springs! It’s also a Walt Disney World Official Hotel which means you can book your vacation package right on the Disney website, or with our travel partner, or with our booking link to save 25% on your next stay.
It’s located on Hotel Plaza Boulevard, so you can walk easily to enjoy all of the shopping, dining and entertainment options at Disney Springs. Bus transportation to all four theme parks is included in your stay and includes multiple departure times throughout the day.
Plus, you’ll be able to participate in Early Theme Park Entry at Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Magic Kingdom, which gives you an extra 30 minutes per day in the parks with lower crowd levels!

With 394 rooms across the “sunset” an “sunrise” 5-story garden wings, each with a capacity of 2-4 people in 290 square feet (a little bigger than Disney’s Value Resorts), the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista has all the essentials and comforts you need to get a good rest and recharge for your days in the theme parks.
Each bed features a pillowtop mattress to get a perfect sleep after a long day in the parks, and the bathroom is loaded with fluffy towels and Dove toiletries (a fave of our owner, Danny!).
The mini fridge is waist-high and has a freezer compartment, which means you can save lots of money and stock up on beverages and snacks from a Target run, and keep Mickey bars from the lobby cold for whenever you or the kids need a little pick me up.

2 Double Beds, Lake View Room Tour
Want to see what a 2 Double Beds, Lake View Room looks like? Upon entering, you’ll find a cozy armchair and a window with 2 layers of light reducing and total blackout roller shades. It’s a pretty straightforward hotel room set up from there, with 2 double beds opposite a a dresser with an integrated safe/mini fridge/coffee maker in addition to drawer storage and a flat screen tv on top.
There are hooks and storage areas for shoes and bags on the side of the dresser nearest the door. You’ll notice several outlets for electrical plus and usb cables, ensuring all members of the family can charge their devices with easy.

Moving into the back of the room, you’ll find a spacious and well-lit bathroom with a sliding bard style door for privacy. This is a split bathroom with the sink in the alcove off the bedroom, and the toilet and tub/shower behind a second door. We love this set up for maximum efficiency when several people are getting ready at once!

Looking to grab a bite to eat during your stay at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista? You have a few different spots where you can get some food!
- LakeView Restaurant: Open for buffet breakfast on the second floor of the tower, featuring hot and cold dishes plus custom omelettes and fresh Mickey waffles made to order. This might be the most affordable buffet in all of WDW – perfect for picky kids and hungry teens!
- Joffrey’s Coffee: Full barista service for coffees, teas, cold brew along with pastries and breakfast sandwiches located off the lobby.
- Sundial Cafe: A 24/7 grab-and go cafe with lots of beverages and sundries plus a CSV vending machine located on the lobby level, including faves like Mickey ice cream bars!
- Eclipse Lounge: Evening cocktails and craft brews with small plates in a stylish lobby lounge with daily happy hour and sports on screens.
- Oasis Restaurant: A poolside bar and grill featuring frozen cocktails, burgers, sandwiches, wings, and more for lunch and dinner.
Along with on-site dining, you have dozens of dining options across the street at Disney Springs, from snacks (we love the Dole Whip at Swirls on the Water) and drinks (check out Indiana Jones inspired cocktails and mocktails at Hangar Bar!) to quick service options (like D-luxe Burger, Chicken Guy! and Pizza Ponte) and family friendly table service spots like Splitsville, The BOATHOUSE, and Rainforest Cafe.

This is the closest hotel to Disney Springs – you literally walk out the front door and down the hotel driveway, use a pedestrian bridge to cross the road, and you’re there in the middle of the Marketplace at Disney Springs!
