Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is home to a number of standout restaurants, but if you’re looking for a date night spot, a standout selection of drinks, or even somewhere to grab a post-dinner or post-parks cocktail, Victoria Falls Lounge is the place to head.

Victoria Falls Lounge is a bar situated just off the lobby at the hotel, and it’s home to a number of specially-themed cocktails, beers, and South African wines well worth trying.

Victoria Falls Lounge Location

You’ll find Victoria Falls Lounge inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, just above the waterfalls that cascade down into Boma’s entrance.

Victoria Falls Lounge Menu

Centered around beer, wine, and cocktails, Victoria Falls Lounge is more bar than restaurant. You’ll find plenty of South African specials on the menu, from the crafted cocktails to mocktails to wine selection.

Food is available, but it’s limited. You can order food starting at 5:00 PM daily, choosing from a rotating selection of light bites.

Disney Dining Plan

While you can order food from a small selection of rotating light bites at Victoria Falls Lounge, there really isn’t any food here. As a result, you cannot use the Disney Dining Plan here.

Neither the Disney Dining Plan nor the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan are accepted at Victoria Falls Lounge.

Advance Dining Reservations

Like Disney World’s other bars and lounges, Victoria Falls Lounge does not offer advance dining reservations (ADRs). Its seats and bar service are available first come, first served – you’ll need to walk up and wait any time you’d like to grab a drink here.

Is Victoria Falls Lounge Kid-Friendly?

While you could technically take your kids to Victoria Falls Lounge for a drink, it’s really not the best idea if you’re hoping to fully enjoy all this intimate bar has to offer.

Since Victoria Falls Lounge is designed for sipping and sampling South African wines and beers, you’ll want to avoid bringing kids under age 21 here. It’s not designed for families, with limited seating that’s primarily around a bar and an elegant, wine bar-like vibes and theming.
