At Disney World, you have three All-Star Resort options in the Value category. Each of the Disney All-Star Resorts has its own unique theme, and All-Star Movies offers a larger-than-life look at the magic of Disney movies. At the resort, you’ll find five themed sections, with each celebrating Disney films like 101 Dalmatians, Toy Story, Fantasia, The Mighty Ducks, and Herbie: The Love Bug.

Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort Overview
This family-friendly resort is perfect for kids who love Disney and will enjoy the Disney character statues located throughout the area. As a Value Resort hotel, it’s one of the more affordable options you can find as an on-property resort. Like all other Disney World Value Resorts, dining options are limited, with one major quick-service eatery as well as a pool bar. And all three All-Star Resort hotels offer buses as the only transportation option.
However, staying on property will come with certain perks, including Early Theme Park Entry, getting you into each theme park thirty minutes prior to opening.
Room Types
There are just two room options when you stay at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort: the Standard Room and the Preferred Room. The latter room type is essentially the same but offers a more convenient location for the amenities, and dining, and transportation of the hotel.
- Standard Room: This room type offers a comfortable stay with either two double beds or one king-size bed, accommodating up to four guests.
- Preferred Room: Similar in amenities to the Standard Room, the Preferred Room is located closer to the main amenities, dining, and transportation, offering added convenience.
Transportation
Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort only offers bus transportation to the theme parks, Disney Springs, and water parks. During slower times of year, the resort will share transportation with both All-Star Music and All-Star Sports, so make sure to plan for a little extra time in your travel.
Dining
Dining options at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort include:
- World Premiere Food Court: The main quick-service dining location is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Silver Screen Spirits Pool Bar: Located near the main pool, this bar offers a selection of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, perfect for relaxing poolside.
- In-Room Pizza Delivery: If you prefer to dine in your room, you can order pizza to eat there.

There are two themed pools at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort:
- Fantasia Pool: Located between the Fantasia and Cinema Hall buildings, this is the main pool, themed to Sorcerer Mickey and Fantasia. Also features a smaller kiddie pool and play area.

All-Star Movies Resort also has quite a few other activities and amenities available. These include:
