Inspired by the busy, bustling commissaries serving up food on Hollywood studio lots, ABC Commissary is a quick-service restaurant that’ll make you feel like you’ve just walked off a TV or film set to grab a bite.Â
With a relaxed atmosphere, this dining spot is a great place to dine when you’re at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It doesn’t offer the fanciest fare, but its California-inspired menu offers solid options for adults and kids.
ABC Commissary Location
You’ll find ABC Commissary on the aptly-named Commissary Lane inside Hollywood Studios. Once you’ve reached Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, head to your left to find the restaurant not too far away.

Disney Dining Plan
You can use both versions of the Disney Dining Plan – the Disney Dining Plan and the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan – when grabbing a bite at ABC Commissary. It’ll cost you one quick-service meal credit per person if you pick up entrées here.
Advance Dining Reservations
Since ABC Commissary is a quick-service spot, there’s no need to make advance dining reservations (ADRs); in fact, they aren’t offered. You can stop by any time the restaurant is open to dine.
If the line is long, you do have the option to use Mobile Order in the My Disney Experience app. This allows you to place your order, entertain the kids elsewhere, and come back to pick up your food at a set return window, which is super handy for families any time of the day.
Is ABC Commissary Kid-Friendly?
As an often-busy quick-service restaurant, ABC Commissary is definitely kid-friendly in its environment. It’s super casual and easy for families to grab a bite here, even if everyone isn’t exactly feeling up to their best behavior (and no one will bat an eye at any noisemakers!)
Plus, the menu features familiar foods that most kids will love. The grilled cheese is a particular standout here – while the adult version features a slight twist (and our team absolutely loves it!), the kids’ version is simple, straightforward, and perfect for picky eaters.
