If your kid loves Encanto, here’s where to take them for the most magical moments at Disney World.
When Encanto hit theaters worldwide in 2021, it was an instant hit. Kids – and adults – everywhere couldn’t get “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” out of their heads. The animated movie became a favorite of, well, almost everyone. And it’s still a huge draw for kids of all ages (just ask my toddler, who loves few things as much as dancing to “The Family Madrigal” every night).
If you’re headed to Disney World, odds are your kids are already asking if they’ll run into Mirabel, Bruno, and other members of the Family Madrigal on your visit. And I’ve got good news: Encanto and its characters do have a presence in the theme parks. Here’s where to find all of the Encanto attractions, entertainment, and more.
Encanto at Disney World
Encanto at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Currently, there are no Encanto experiences, attractions, or even shops to be found at Animal Kingdom. However, that won’t be the case for much longer, as the Tropical Americas expansion planned for this theme park will introduce an entirely new land themed around Encanto and its cast of characters.
The Tropical Americas land is currently slated to open in 2027 at Animal Kingdom. Construction is already underway, with much of the former DinoLand, U.S.A. and its attractions, restaurants, and stores already closed. The land will shutter permanently in February 2026.
Encanto at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Like Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is not currently home to any entertainment, rides, or stores themed around Encanto. You’ll need to head to another one of Disney World’s theme parks if you’re hoping to meet Mirabel or any members of the Family Madrigal.

¡Celebración Encanto!
Let’s be honest: While the story of Encanto is one that’ll tug at your heartstrings, the music is really the star of the film. And if your kids (or even you yourself) can’t get enough of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno,” then you’re going to want to catch ¡Celebración Encanto! at EPCOT’s Communicore Plaza.
The fun-filled fiesta is part stage show, part lively activity as it blends the music of Encanto with in-person character encounters (you can expect Mirabel and Bruno to drop by). Kids can dance, sing along, and even participate in a little trivia during this 10-minute entertainment offering. Best of all, parents, you’ll get to help your kids burn off some of their never-ending energy.

Meet Mirabel at Fantasy Garden
Kids who dream of meeting Mirabel in person can do exactly that when visiting Magic Kingdom. Head to Fantasyland, where you’ll find Fairytale Garden sandwiched between Cinderella Castle and Cheshire Café (across from Cosmic Ray’s). Here, kids and adults can greet Mirabel and spend some time in a one-on-one encounter.
Decked out to resemble the courtyard of Casa Madrigal, this character encounter is sure to be a highlight for any Encanto fans in your family. Just note that Mirabel can wrap up early in the day, so you’ll want to stop by sooner rather than later in the evening.
Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade
Catch this brief cavalcade – like a parade, but shorter and jam-packed with Disney characters – as it makes its way down the Magic Kingdom parade route, and you’ll have a chance to spot some beloved Encanto faces.
While nearly 30 different characters show up for the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade, the stars of the show for kids who love the Family Madrigal will be Mirabel and Bruno, both of whom join the party. It’s a quick appearance, but one worth catching if anyone in your family or party happens to love those two characters.
Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away
The glittering, vibrant Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade at Magic Kingdom is well worth catching no matter your interests, but Encanto enthusiasts should know that it features an entire float themed after the film and its story. It’s the third float of the parade, right after the Wish float, and features Mirabel, Isabela, and Bruno amid butterflies, flowers, and the film’s iconic candle.
While this parade doesn’t offer as close of an encounter or as personal an experience as other Encanto experiences at Disney World, trust me: It’s one that’ll wow your kids and leave them with a standout memory.
