Ride Tips

Be prepared to get wet! This log flume ride includes drops and splashes, so consider wearing a poncho or sitting towards the back if you want to stay drier. As for wait times, we expect this to be a very popular ride upon opening, so make sure to grab your place in a virtual queue or use your first Lightning Lane selection on this, as those will likely be the only ways to ride until standby becomes available.

Is Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Kid-Friendly?

We’ll have a better idea once the ride officially opens, but based on the previews we’ve seen from the ride we think this will be a great one for all kids who are tall enough to ride!

Best For: Families, fans of The Princess and the Frog, and anyone who enjoys water rides and immersive storytelling.

Will Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Cause Motion Sickness?

Since the ride will be the same format as Splash Mountain, you can expect moderate drops and turns typical of a log flume ride. While the motion is smooth, guests prone to motion sickness should be prepared for the splashes and slight jolts that come with this type of attraction.
