If you’ve always wanted to give an Iron Chef’s masterful food a try, Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs is the perfect place to dine. This table-service restaurant headed by Chef Masaharu Morimoto of Iron Chef America features fine Pan-Asian cuisine with a modern twist.
Dining at Morimoto Asia is about more than the delicious food. It’s also a special experience, with unique exhibition kitchens that offer a behind-the-scenes peek into the making of traditional dishes like Peking duck and dim sum. Here, you can try a wide range of Asia’s cuisines, going well beyond a basic lunch or dinner menu thanks to Chef Morimoto’s inventive creations.

You’ll find Morimoto Asia located in The Landing at Disney Springs. It’s just a short walk from Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant and Wine Bar George.
Morimoto Asia Menu
Morimoto Asia serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, with a menu that’s quite extensive. From specials to sushi rolls, towers and small plates, everything you might want to try from the world of Asian cuisine is at your disposal.
Chef Morimoto offers a menu that features Chinese, Japanese, and Korean dishes. So, you’ll find dim sum as well as noodles, rice, and hand-rolled sushi here. There’s a variety of meat dishes, plus soups and vegetables, too. As a result, it’s easy to find something for just about every taste.
Just note there is no dedicated kids’ menu at Morimoto Asia for lunch (one is available for dinner, with smaller, kid-friendly versions of adult meals), though there are many small plates and portion sizes kids can try. And for adults, cocktails, wines, beer, and sake are also available to enjoy.

Disney Dining Plan
You can use credits from the Disney Dining Plan at Morimoto Asia. However, only the Disney Dining Plan is accepted here; you cannot use the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan.
It’ll cost you one table-service meal credit per person to dine here for lunch, and two table-service credits for dinner.
Advance Dining Reservations
Advance dining reservations (ADRs) are highly recommended for Morimoto Asia. You can make reservations starting 60 days out from your planned visit (though you may have more wiggle room if you’re staying at a Disney World resort!).
While Morimoto Asia may not be as in-demand as some of the resort’s most popular character dining destinations, it can book up during peak crowd periods and on weekends.
Is Morimoto Asia Kid-Friendly?
While Morimoto Asia certainly offers an upscale, elegant-feeling atmosphere inside the restaurant and elevated Pan-Asian fare, it’s pretty family- and kid-friendly.
The catch? You’ll want to make sure your kids are comfortable with Chinese, Japanese, or Korean food. Morimoto Asia does offer kid-sized portions of different dishes, and they welcome diners of all ages just like any other Disney World dining destination. But if you’re working with particularly picky eaters, the food here may be a bit too out of kids’ comfort zones.
Atmosphere-wise, you may want to save this restaurant for older kids who are a bit better in tune with their table manners. There’s not much beyond the kitchens in terms of dining entertainment, and kids (and parents) may want a more relaxed setting if they’re particularly restless.
