On the Rocks Pool Bar

by | Jan 5, 2026 | Quick-Service Restaurants, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

If you’re staying at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and looking for a relaxed poolside spot to grab a drink or a light bite, On the Rocks Pool Bar is a solid option. This bar offers a laid-back, casual vibe with refreshing beverages, some simple meals, and quick snacks. It’s perfect for resort days when your focus is pool time, rest, or winding down rather than heading into the theme parks.

On the Rocks Pool Bar Location

On the Rocks Pool Bar is located at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, right by the resort’s main pool — High Rock Spring Pool — and near the main lobby/central resort area.

The pool bar is outdoors, at pool deck level, offering easy access if you’re already swimming or lounging by the pool. It’s also just a short walk from many of the resort’s villas and accommodation buildings, making it convenient for quick snacks or drinks without having to travel far.

On the Rocks Pool Bar Menu

On the Rocks Pool Bar is open for lunch, dinner, and later-in-the-evening bites or drinks. Here, you’ll find a combination of drinks (cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, non-alcoholic beverages) and a modest selection of food — from sandwiches and salads to pizzas and kids’ meals.

Overall, it’s designed for quick, casual dining — ideal for poolside relaxation rather than a full sit-down dinner.

Disney Dining Plan

You can use your Disney Dining Plan credits if you’re stopping by On the Rocks Pool Bar. How many credits it’ll cost you simply depends on what you’re ordering — if you opt for a full meal or not.

Since it’s technically a quick-service restaurant, On the Rocks will accept quick-service meal credits from the Disney Dining Plan or the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan.

Advance Dining Reservations

As a pool bar and quick-service location, On the Rocks does not take advance dining reservations (ADRs). Guests simply walk up when ready for a drink or snack, which makes it flexible and informal — perfect for spontaneous poolside cravings or relaxed resort days.

Is On the Rocks Pool Bar Kid-Friendly?

Because On the Rocks combines convenience (right by the pool) with easy, low-pressure dining and drinking, it works well for families, couples, or small groups just looking to relax without leaving the resort grounds.

Plus, the menu includes kid-friendly options like macaroni & cheese, chicken strips, PB&J sandwiches, and simple pizzas. Families can easily grab a quick, casual meal with minimal fuss, and the availability of non-alcoholic drinks ensures younger guests aren’t left out.

Because the pool bar is right at the resort’s main pool, it’s easy to keep an eye on kids swimming or playing while grabbing food or drinks nearby. And the casual, outdoor seating vibe means less pressure for formal table manners or a long meal — ideal for when you’re enjoying some downtime.
