From quick-service options to sit-down and more, there are so many delicious meals to enjoy at Walt Disney World. But, if you want to do two things at once, especially with kids, then character meals are a great option. They allow you to enjoy a delicious meal while skipping the character lines.
We are breaking down our favorite character meals in Walt Disney World. We’ve provided four options for breakfast and four for dinner, offering a range of food types and prices depending on your budget.
Character Breakfast at Disney World
Why consider a character breakfast at Disney World? Character breakfasts are typically less expensive than their dinner counterparts and offer just as many characters and food.
Toppolino’s Terrace
Located at the top of Disney’s Riviera Resort lives Topolino’s Terrace- Flavors of the Riviera. Inspired by the Italian and French Riviera’s, this dining experience is known for its signature dining experience. But, don’t discount Breakfast a la Art with Mickey and Friends for breakfast. Here, you’ll be able to find your favorite friends, like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck, all dressed in their unique outfits, only at Topolino’s Terrace. Enjoy items such as the Quiche Gruyere, Sour Cream Waffles, and more!

‘Ohana
‘Ohana means family and family eats breakfast together! One of the most popular restaurants at Walt Disney World, ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is known for its family-style dinners. But did you know that they actually have a Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo and Stitch? Guests are treated to family-style breakfast with items like scrambled eggs, potatoes, Mickey waffles and even ham with pineapple.
Breakfast Price: $49/adult and $30/child
Chef Mickey’s
Ready for a classic Walt Disney World experience? Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort allows guests to meet their favorite characters such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy, at both breakfast and dinner. But, breakfast offers such a fun experience, complete with monorail views and classic breakfast foods at a cheaper price.
Breakfast Price: $54/adult and $34/child
Tusker House
One theme park that isn’t talked about for their food is Animal Kingdom. But tucked away in the Africa section lives Tusker House. Offering both breakfast, lunch and dinner, Donald Duck hosts an African-inspired meal. We selected breakfast for Tusker House, since they still offer breakfast favorites that the whole family will enjoy, even in this unique setting. Classics include waffles, eggs, pastries and more with other unique, African options.

Looking to meet some characters later in the day? Then these are some great options for you to enjoy dinner!
Hollywood and Vine
Hollywood and Vine, located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. At breakfast, guests can meet their favorite Disney Junior characters. But, lunch and dinner offer a seasonal dinner. Your favorite characters like Minnie, Mickey, Donald and Goofy, are dressed in their seasonal best. Plus, the dinner buffet options are quite intricate including beef tenderloin, salmon, and risotto.
Lunch/Dinner Price: $63/adult and $40/child
Garden Grill
Ever dine in a restaurant that rotates? Well Garden Grill offers you a meal inside the Land Pavilion with ingredients that are harvested right there inside of Living with the Land. While Garden Grill offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, dinner offers a great escape from EPCOT. This family-style meal offers guests Backyard Grilled Steak, Roasted Turkey, Salad, Cornbread and more!
Lunch/Dinner Price: $62/adult and $40/child
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White
If it’s unique characters you are looking to meet, than Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White is the place to visit. Only open for dinner, Artist Point is tucked away in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort and offers guests a chance to meet Snow White, the Seven Dwarves and maybe even the Evil Queen. This prix-fixe dinner includes a shared appetizer, individual entree and dessert. Doesn’t that sound like a fun experience?
Dinner Price: $65/adult and $39/child
Crystal Palace
Enter the Hundred-Acre Woods or just the Crystal Palace on Main Street U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom Park. While the Crystal Palace offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, we suggest dining here for dinner. The full dinner buffet is a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Magic KIngdom while allowing you to meet your favorite characters.
Lunch/Dinner Price: $61/adult and $40/child
Honorable Mention: 1900 Park Fare (Breakfast & Dinner)
Our honorable mention is newly reopened at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. 1900 Park Fare offers breakfast and dinner in a buffet atmosphere where wishes run wild! You’ll get to meet Aladdin, Cinderella, Mirabel and Princess Tiana, which are sometimes hard to find in the theme parks. Reservations are hard to find so we suggest either breakfast or dinner so that you can enter.
