And you’ll want to watch out for seasonal treats with flavors like eggnog, peppermint, and gingerbread. But there are lots of fun seasonal surprises here that don’t cost a thing!
Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll
Introduced in 2016, the Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll has quickly become a Walt Disney World tradition for many guests. The stroll winds through Disney Springs, featuring 25 trees.
The stroll is totally free to experience, and you can view it in the day or evening (or both for a different point of view!). All of the trees are uniquely themed and decorated for movies (like Tangled) or characters (like Minnie Mouse). They’re really beautiful and might give you some inspiration for your own home decorations. Plus, each year new trees are added, making it exciting to see fresh creations themed after recent film releases or new characters.
Holiday Entertainment and Decor
Disney Springs always has lots of entertainment throughout the year, but in November and December the sidewalk musicians, DJ dance parties, and spectacular lighting get a festive makeover.
Expect to hear lots of Christmas Carols, see displays themed to different winter holidays like Hanukkah, and enjoy decor themed to each neighborhood in Disney Springs. Stiltwalkers have been known to make appearances during the holidays, you can meet Santa, and there’s even a nightly tree lighting ceremony to take in.
