The Villas and Bungalows Overview

Situated within the lush, tropical surroundings of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, the Villas and Bungalows invite guests to experience the magic of a Polynesian paradise with all the comforts of home. Whether you’re staying in a spacious villa or one of the stunning over-water bungalows, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful island-inspired decor and stunning views of Seven Seas Lagoon.

Room Types

• Deluxe Studios: These sleep up to five guests and feature two queen-size beds or a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, as well as a pull-down bunk-size bed. Each studio includes a kitchenette and a private balcony or patio, offering guests a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.
• Over-Water Bungalows: The bungalows sit over the waters of Seven Seas Lagoon and can sleep up to eight guests. Each bungalow features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a private deck with a plunge pool.

Island Tower

Beginning on December 17, 2024, the adjacent Island Tower will open, adding over 200 new DVC rooms. The new 10-story tower will feature deluxe studios, as well as 1- and 2-bedroom villas as well as penthouse villas.

Transportation

• Monorail: The resort is on the Magic Kingdom monorail loop, offering direct access to the Magic Kingdom. You can also walk to the Transportation and Ticket Center to get a monorail ride to EPCOT.
• Boat Transportation: Take a boat to Magic Kingdom.
