The menu focuses on U.S. regional barbecue traditions, featuring smoked meats, house-made sauces inspired by distinct American regions, and classic picnic sides. Four signature barbecue sauces are available at the self-serve station, spotlighting different U.S. regions, from Carolina tangy to Kansas City sweet. Regal Eagle Smokehouse accepts the Disney Dining Plan as a Quick-Service meal credit. Entrées and combos are typically eligible, but alcoholic beverages and certain specialty craft pours are not included. Snacks and sides may be redeemable as snack credits when marked.
