While a more rustic, rugged stay is par for the course at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Meadow Snack Bar is a casual, counter‑service restaurant that’s built for convenience and comfort. With its open‑air setting, shaded patio seating and nearby poolside fun, it’s ideal for an easy lunch or snack while you’re enjoying resort recreation.

Whether you’re looking to refuel between dips or grab something simple before your next activity, this quick‑service dining spot offers relaxed vibes and familiar favorites.

Meadow Snack Bar Location

You’ll find Meadow Snack Bar nestled next to the Meadow Swimmin’ Pool at Fort Wilderness. It’s the campground’s poolside dining spot, and it’s attached to the larger recreation area (including the arcade).

Meadow Snack Bar Menu

Open from mid-morning into the evening, Meadow Snack Bar welcomes guests for lunch, dinner, and later-in-the-day snacks. While you might assume it’s a simple quick-service counter with limited options, you’d be wrong; the list of options here is surprisingly extensive.

Stop by, and you’ll find a straightforward menu of sandwiches, hot dogs, salads and snacks — think turkey sandwiches, hot dogs with chips, and cheese or pepperoni pizza. There’s even a dedicated kids’ menu with options catered towards pickier tastes, making it simple for the entire family to dine here without any whining.

In addition to full (but fast and simple) meals, Meadow Snack Bar also offers lighter bites and snack‑friendly items. And of course, you’ll also find frozen treats, bottled drinks and a selection of beer, wine and cocktails to round out the offerings.

Advance Dining Reservations

No advance dining reservations (ADRs) needed (or accepted) here at Meadow Snack Bar — this is purely a counter‑service location where you walk up, place your order, and then find seating. It’s designed for spontaneity rather than a booked dining experience, so you can simply visit any time it’s open during your visit.

Is Meadow Snack Bar Kid-Friendly?

When it comes to kid-friendly dining, you really can’t beat the relaxed, uber-casual atmosphere at Meadow Snack Bar. This is absolutely a kid‑friendly place to dine.

With simple staples like hot dogs, pizza, turkey sandwiches and snack‑style bites, even picky eaters can find something they’ll enjoy. They are, after all, dining outdoors at a pool.
