You’ll find Gideon’s Bakehouse in The Landing neighborhood of Disney Springs. It’s right across the walkway from Wine Bar George and sits next door to Oakley.

Gideon’s Bakehouse made a name for itself in Orlando with impressively oversized cookies and decadent slices of cake in an array of creative flavor combinations. The Disney Springs location offers an expanded menu, one that includes a special lineup of Double Frosted Cake plus uniquely flavored iced drinks, too.
Gideon’s is popular for good reason, and each month the cookie options change to introduce new (or very popular returning) flavor choices. One of the staples at Disney Springs is the Coffee Cake Cookie, which was previously only available one month of the year.
