Grab a chilled cocktail or a satisfying wrap at Cove Bar, a poolside quick-service restaurant that’ll fuel all of your poolside fun for the day. Tucked away near the Bay Lake Tower for guests who are splashing around at the pool, it’s a great place to dine on resort days or while taking a break from the theme parks.

Cove Bar Location

You’ll find Cove Bar at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, just outside the Bay Lake Tower and a short walk from the Bay Cove Pool.

Cove Bar Menu

While Cover Bar is, undeniably, a bar that serves cocktails, beer, and wine, it’s also a quick-service dining spot. As a result, guests of the Contemporary’s Bay Lake Tower are able to stop by and order wraps, salads, and snack options.

Though the food menu isn’t too extensive at Cove Bar, there is a nice amount of variety for both adults and kids. Sandwiches and salads are staples here, but picky eaters under the age of 10 should have no problem choosing from items on a special kids’ menu.

And if you’re looking to relax poolside with a drink (alcoholic or nonalcoholic), there are plenty of choices. Frozen drinks reign supreme here, but there’s also a mix of sangria, wine, and beer choices.

Take a look at what’s on the Cove Bar menu below.

Disney Dining Plan

The Contemporary’s Cove Bar does accept the Disney Dining Plan. Since this poolside bar is a quick-service location, you can use credits from both the Disney Dining Plan and the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan here.

It’ll cost you one quick-service meal per person to dine here.

Advance Dining Reservations

You won’t need to make an advance dining reservation (ADR) ahead of visiting Cove Bar. Since it’s a quick-service spot, you can stop by any time the bar is open; no reservations are offered here.

Is Cove Bar Kid-Friendly?

While bars in general aren’t the most kid-friendly dining destinations, this poolside one is a bit different. It’s designed to serve families and groups of all ages and tastes – and with a wealth of food on the menu in addition to alcoholic beverages, it’s surprisingly kid-oriented.

With a dedicated kids’ menu plus an array of nonalcoholic beverages, it should be easy for kids of all ages to find something they’ll like at Cove Bar. Best of all, the super casual nature of this dining spot means you don’t need to worry about kids who want to play, splash, or make noise; you’ll be dining outdoors where anything (well, almost anything!) goes.
