Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure Overview
Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure has been thrilling visitors to Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris since 2022. The attraction is a nearly exact copy of Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure that anchors Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure.
The style is very different, but the experience feels familiar to guests who have a history with Toy Story Mania rides at other Disney Parks, as loaded ride vehicles roll across action scenes filled with moving 3D targets.
In Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, the targets are adaptable, self-perpetuating robotic spider drones in the process of consuming the Avengers’ facility. The ride vehicles themselves are Web Slinger vehicles, which allow the rider to spin webs, Spider-Man style, simply by making gestures with their hands and arms. The targeting is astonishingly accurate and includes webs that both strike and entangle targets.The pace is rapid, and the thrills are like a scene from a Marvel movie (as is the cast, as MCU star Tom Holland portrays both Peter Parker and his alter-ego Spider-Man!)
The ride has four combat stages, which makes four set-pieces to demolish with webs and robot bits. Riders will be sorry to see this super-fun ride come to an end, but in all fairness, all of this web-slinging makes for quite a workout, and your arms will be like overcooked noodles by the end
Queue and Storyline
Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure riders are guests at the headquarters of the World Engineering Brigade (or W.E.B.) a global effort of Stark Industries and the Avengers to bring together the world’s most brilliant young minds to create new technology that will benefit humanity. Today’s group is welcomed by Peter Parker (appearing as a startlingly realistic hologram by actor Tom Holland), who demonstrates his latest invention – The Spider-Bot. These self-replicating spider-drones promptly go out of control, putting W.E.B. Headquarters, Avengers Campus and the entire world in peril.
Rather than alert the Avengers, Peter contacts his “friend” Spider-Man, who enlists the guests to eliminate the Spider-Bots using the Web Slinger, a superpowered autonomous vehicle that allows the riders to shoot spider-webs just like Spider-Man. Working together, the riders prevent the drones from replicating while Spider-Man seals the exits and saves the day.
The queue, including Peter’s laboratory, is entertaining and immersive, with many helpful instructions on how to improve your web-slinging. Once loaded into a Web Slinger vehicle, riders will put on their 3D glasses to improve targeting, then learn the pattern of arm movements needed to create webs that can put this robotic rampage to an end. The vehicle will pass through 4 environments, each more challenging than the last.

Is Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure Kid-Friendly?
I think Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure is the MOST kid-friendly attraction. The subject matter is ideal, the objective is clear, the pace is up-tempo and entertaining and the ride’s combat mechanic is easy to use and super-fun! This attraction is absolutely suitable for the entire family.
Will Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure Cause Motion Sickness?
Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure should not cause motion sickness in most riders. The attraction does include 3D projections, which may require caution in riders who have a sensitivity to that sort of display.
