In Disneyland’s New Orleans Square, you can visit the restaurant Princess Tiana dreamed of owning one day in The Princess and the Frog: Tiana’s Palace. Vibrant, celebratory, and serving a menu filled with Crescent City flavors, Tiana’s Palace is a quick-service restaurant that’ll spice up any park day with some Southern comfort food.
Tiana’s Palace Location
Tiana’s Palace is located in New Orleans Square, situated between Café Orleans and the Haunted Mansion. You can’t miss it – the smokestacks and colorful canopies overhead will give its location away.
Tiana’s Palace Menu
Just as you’d expect from Tiana, Tiana’s Palace pays homage to her hometown of New Orleans. Here, you’ll find Southern staples from Creole and Cajun cuisines. If you’re looking for a cup of gumbo, a catfish po’boy, or a muffuletta, this is where you’ll find them.
Open for lunch and dinner, Tiana’s Palace features comfort food that uses ingredients and inspiration directly from the traditions of the South. And of course, you’ll find beignets on the menu; they’re one of the stars of the show here, filled right in-house with flavorful cream and topped with a matching glaze.
When it comes to options for kids, the menu still leans Southern – but it’s also filled with simple dishes they’ll know and love, regardless of how picky their tastes might be at the moment. Macaroni and cheese and roasted chicken make for easy choices.

Advance Dining Reservations
Since Tiana’s Palace is a quick-service restaurant, it doesn’t offer any advance dining reservations. You can stop by when the restaurant is open to grab your meal – and there’s always plenty of space to dine right onsite thanks to the expansive patio attached to the building.
Don’t want to wait, or hoping to plan ahead a bit more? Tiana’s Palace does offer Mobile Order, so you can use the Disneyland app to place your order and reserve a pickup time. It’s a handy way to get food in progress before hunger hits, especially when you’re dealing with restless kids.
Is Tiana’s Palace Kid-Friendly?
Thanks to its entirely outdoor dining space and its simple kids’ menu, Tiana’s Palace is a wonderfully kid-friendly place to dine. In fact, it’s one of my favorites because it balances adult tastes with picky eaters’ more limited palates exceptionally well.
While Tiana’s Palace focuses on dishes that blend Creole and Cajun inspiration (and plenty of bold flavors), the kids’ menu is simpler and caters to their tastes. As a result, everyone in your party will be pleased, whether they want something bold or something simple.Â
And if you’re worried about kids who might be restless, chatty, or a bit fussy during mealtime, Tiana’s Palace offers ample outdoor space to move, wiggle, and make noise. The patio is always full of activity, so other diners won’t bat an eye if your party isn’t on their best table service restaurant manners.
