Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace

by | Feb 13, 2025 | Dining, Disneyland, Disneyland Park, Table Service Restaurants, Tomorrowland

Disneyland Park offers a number of unique dining experiences, from restaurants in the bayou to character dining experiences – and Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace offers a meal with one standout vantage point. Book a dining package at Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace, and you’ll spend the evening above Tomorrowland, able to take in views of the Autopia, Matterhorn, and even the fireworks.

Note: Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace is a dining experience and not a restaurant, so guests must book this experience in advance in order to access the dining area.

Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace Location

The Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace dining experience takes place in Tomorrowland on the second floor of the Star Wars Launch Bay (the former Innoventions building), with tables out on the balcony overlooking the land.

Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace Menu

To visit Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace, every guest in your party must purchase a chilled selection dining package. That package features a mix of chilled foods, snacks, and desserts inspired by the heyday of the Space Age – and all of the food is served in a commemorative bento box.

Inside each bento box, the meal options can include:

  • A cold charcuterie-style sandwich
  • Waldorf salad
  • Pimento cheese and crackers
  • Seasonal fruit
  • Seasonal desserts

That mix of food options also comes with unlimited soft drinks, bottled water, coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate. All guests will also receive one specialty-themed nonalcoholic beverage.

Advance Dining Reservations

Advance dining reservations are required in order to dine at Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace. Guests must book an arrival time between 6:30 and 7:30 PM on the nights this experience is offered, and then prepay in advance.

Once you arrive at Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace, you can come and go as often as you’d like throughout the evening. The terrace closes at 10:00 PM, once the fireworks have finished (if scheduled) for the evening, but anyone with a reservation can enter and exit until then.

Is Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace Kid-Friendly?

With an expensive per-person price for anyone over 2 years old, Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace isn’t a dining experience that you’ll want to do regularly with the whole family. It is a unique offering, and a great way to get a special view of the fireworks. But because of its price, it isn’t the most kid-friendly dining option.

The bento-style meal features chilled foods, which may not be ideal for picky eaters or all of the kids in your party. There’s no way to really customize the meals, save for allergies or dietary restrictions, as everything is pre-packaged for easy distribution. So, if your kids aren’t into cold sandwiches, salads, or cheese and crackers, they may not find much to eat for the high price of this dining experience.

Additionally, while there is space to move and wiggle out on the balcony, the seating at Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace isn’t the most kid-friendly. This environment is really best for older kids who can sit quietly and people-watch or catch the fireworks – otherwise, you may find your family needing to exit the area more frequently.
