Head to Stage Door Café and grab a bite that’s sure to please while exploring Frontierland. This quick-service restaurant (or saloon, rather) serves up theme park staples like chicken tenders, wraps, and corn dogs. But the real star of the show? The reasonable pricing and the sweet funnel cakes.
Stage Door Café Location
You’ll find Stage Door Café in Disneyland’s Frontierland, just around the corner from the entrance to the Golden Horseshoe. It’s also right near the outdoor dining area for River Belle Terrace.
Stage Door Café Menu
You can grab lunch and dinner at the Stage Door Café, but the restaurant is technically open for breakfast starting as early as 10:00 AM. The menu is savory and sweet, but the dishes that draw guests in are the corn dogs and the funnel cakes.
Stage Door Café keeps it simple with just three entrées and a couple of kids’ choices on the menu. Throughout the year, seasonal offerings can pop up for a limited time (like specially-themed funnel cakes or novelty items), so there’s always something fresh to try.
And when it comes to funnel cakes, this is the sole place you’ll want to head. Available in classic and strawberry year-round, fun themed iterations join the menu for special occasions like the holidays, Halloween, and even springtime.

Advance Dining Reservations
As a quick-service restaurant. Stage Door Café doesn’t offer advance dining reservations. You can simply stop by any time you’re hungry (and the restaurant is open most of the day).
If you’d like to save time or skip the line, Stage Door Café does offer Mobile Order via the Disneyland app. This handy service allows you to schedule a pickup time ASAP or in the future so you can beat hanger before it arrives – and spend time in attraction queues instead of waiting for your food.
Is Stage Door Café Kid-Friendly?
Thanks to its menu of familiar favorites and its grab-and-go approach to meals, Stage Door Café is absolutely kid-friendly. Kids of every age will have no problem finding something on the menu to eat. The food isn’t fussy, but it’ll satisfy their hunger without any issue.
Stage Door Café is also a great place to stop by between rides or if you aren’t sure you want to sit down for a lengthy meal. Here, you can take your food and enjoy it anywhere in the park – grab an outdoor table nearby, or keep moving and bring your food on the go with you. There’s no need to worry about fussy kids’ restaurant behavior here thanks to the flexibility.
