Thanks to the many Good Neighbor hotels surrounding the theme parks – and plenty of other hotel, motel, and even resort options nearby – you can choose from simple, straightforward rooms to more expansive family-oriented settings.
One of our favorite hotels near Disneyland Resort? It’s the Springhill Suites at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center.
As frequent Disneyland visitors, we love that the Springhill Suites is conveniently located just a minutes-long walk from the theme parks and sits near crucial amenities like convenience stores, restaurants, and even the Anaheim Convention Center. Plus, with the option to book basic hotel rooms or larger family suites designed for adults and kids alike, the Springhill Suites is a prime pick if you’re visiting Disneyland.
About Springhill Suites at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

The Springhill Suites at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center is part of the larger Marriott portfolio, which offers a massive network of hotels and resorts worldwide.
Located right on Harbor Boulevard in Anaheim, the Springhill Suites sits at the intersection of Disneyland Resort’s most important cross streets: Harbor and Katella. That means when you stay here, you’ll be right in the heart of the theme park action.
The Springhill Suites at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center offers six different room types on property, plus a host of amenities like a pool, mini marketplace, and expansive dining area for guests of all ages and interests. Best of all, thanks to its prime location, you’ll be just about half a mile (0.6 miles, to be exact) and about 10 minutes from Disneyland itself.
Room Types
At the Springhill Suites at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center, there are six different room options to choose from. These include:
- King Studio Suite (Includes a king bed and a sofa bed)
- Queen Studio Suite (Includes two queen beds and a sofa bed)
- 1 Bedroom Studio Suite (Includes two queen beds, a sofa bed, and bunk beds)
- Kids Suite with Bunk Beds (Includes two queen beds and a sofa bed)
- 1 Bedroom Suite (Includes a king bed and sofa bed)
- Family Suite w/Bunk Beds (or a 1 Bedroom Larger Suite)
While there’s a lot of similarities across the different room types, we particularly like that you can choose between compact studio suites and larger, roomier suites for bigger families. The hotel itself may seem smaller from the outside, but once you’re in the building you’ll realize just how much space there is – especially with smart design details like living rooms that flow into bedrooms and sliding pocket doors.
During our most recent stay, we were in a 1 Bedroom Larger Suite – or a Family Suite w/Bunk Beds, the alternate name on the Springhill Suites’ website – with enough space for two adults and two kids, plus room to spare.

Want to see what a Kids Suite with Bunk Beds looks like inside the Springhill Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center? When you first enter your suite, you’ll be able to see the entire room and most of its amenities in one glance.

Right next to the entryway are the kids’ bunk beds, which face the living room area of the suite. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a bed to offer space for an additional one to two guests to sleep.

Within the living room area, you’ll also find a desk with two moveable seats and a mini kitchenette, which features a microwave, coffee maker, and ice bucket with cups.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There is one bedroom and one bathroom inside each Kids Suite with Bunk Beds at the Springhill Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center.
The bathroom sits right across from the compact kitchenette, so it can easily be accessed by those using the bunk beds or sofa bed as well as the bedroom. It features a toilet, shower, and single vanity.
The bedroom features two queen beds, with one shared nightstand between them. Note that in this particular room type, there is no door closing the bedroom off from the rest of the suite.

At the foot of the beds, you’ll find a wardrobe and dresser for stashing or hanging clothes and other items, plus a TV.

If you’re looking to grab a bite to eat, there are two options at the Springhill Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center:
- The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
- The hotel’s buffet
All guests staying at the Springhill Suites at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center will be able to take advantage of the daily free buffet and hot breakfast. Available Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 9:30 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, this free morning meal offers a wide selection of food – including make-your-own Mickey-shaped waffles!
For quick snacks in between park visits or once you’re back at the room, you’ll also have access to a convenience store right in the hotel’s lobby.
On the ground level of the hotel, there’s also a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. While you won’t be able to grab a full lunch or dinner here, this is a great spot to pick up a coffee before heading out for the day or a quick snack. Just note that the entrance is outside of the hotel, so you’ll need to walk around onto Katella to enter.

Springhill Suites at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center boasts key amenities for guests’ comfort and enjoyment. While staying at this hotel near Disneyland, you’ll be able to take advantage of the following:

- Roof Top Pool: Situated at the top of the hotel, this outdoor pool is heated and offers space for swimming, splashing, and lounging.

There’s one more detail to keep in mind if you are driving to the Springhill Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center for your stay: You can park onsite in the hotel’s underground garage. However, there is a $30 daily parking fee (and that’s per vehicle).
