Wine enthusiasts, head to Mendocino Terrace in California Adventure to sample some of the best varietals California has to offer. This outdoor wine bar provides a shady spot to savor light bites, delicious drinks, and some uniquely adult fare.
Mendocino Terrace Location
Mendocino Terrace is along California Adventure’s Performance Corridor, though it’s a bit tucked away. You’ll find it next door to Wine Country Trattoria, just underneath the Magic Key Terrace.Â
Mendocino Terrace Menu
Mendocino Terrace isn’t home to an extensive menu. In fact, if you’re looking for bites instead of beverages, you’ll want to head elsewhere.
At this quick-service stand, the focus is on California wine, beer, and other beverages. It’s the right place to visit when you’re looking for an adult drink to enjoy, but not exactly among California Adventure’s most filling options.
While there are a few light bites on the Mendocino Terrace menu, these are also tailored to adults. So, for families with kids, odds are there isn’t much here the under-21 crowd will want to try. However, for wine and beer enthusiasts, this is one of the park’s hidden gems.

Advance Dining Reservations
Since Mendocino Terrace is a wine bar, it doesn’t offer advance dining reservations. Guests can walk up and place their order any time it’s open.
However, if you don’t want to wait in (the usually short) line, you can use Disney’s Mobile Order service here. You can pick up a drink by ordering right from the Disneyland app, or choose an arrival window in the future to save time later on in your day.
Is Mendocino Terrace Kid-Friendly?
Mendocino Terrace technically welcomes kids, since it’s a walk-up outdoor wine bar and there’s space for kids and families to hang out nearby. However, when it comes to what’s on the menu at this quick-service restaurant, it’s decidedly not kid-friendly.
While you can pick up some nonalcoholic drinks at Mendocino Terrace, like bottled soft drinks and water, the focus is really on wine and beer. As a result, this isn’t somewhere you’ll want to bring the whole family – it’s best for adults-only visits or grabbing a drink while you’re exploring the park.
