Meet Chef Goofy is a special character encounter that’s only available during the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. You’ll find Chef Goofy in the Hollywood Backlot, dressed up and ready to flambé with a backdrop that features some of his wacky cooked up concoctions.
