If you’re looking for a hunger-satisfying meal that’s affordable, delicious, and well worth trying, head to Bengal Barbecue. This quick-service restaurant inside Disneyland Park offers a menu filled with grilled meats and vegetables on skewers.

This walk-up stand may look simple at first glance, but trust us when we say it’s one of the best values in the entire theme park.

Bengal Barbecue Location

Bengal Barbecue is located in Adventureland, right across from the entrance to Indiana Jones Adventure.

Bengal Barbecue Menu

Bengal Barbecue is open all day long (seriously, the restaurant opens at 8:00 AM), but its food service is simple: the same snack-centric menu is served from open to close.

While the dishes on the Bengal Barbecue menu may be classified as snacks, they can be turned into a plate – or combo meal, essentially – that includes two skewers and rice. So, you can opt to order individual “bite-sized” items that are filling but not necessarily a whole meal or opt for a true lunch or dinner with sides.

In our experience, a couple of the skewers make for one seriously hunger-combatting snack thanks to the mix of protein and veggies. But the biggest perk here? Everything on the menu is delicious.

Jungle Skewers

  • Bengal Rice Plate
  • Banyan Beef Skewer
  • Chieftain Chicken Skewer

  • Outback Vegetable Skewer
  • Safari Skewer

Extra Provisions

  • Tiger Tail Breadstick
  • Pineapple Spear
  • Dill Pickle
  • Spicy Dill Pickle

Note: Select seasonal offerings are also available, but they come and go throughout the year.

Advance Dining Reservations

As a quick-service stand, Bengal Barbecue doesn’t offer advance dining reservations (ADRs) of any kind.

However, Mobile Order is available at this restaurant, which means you can place your food order right from the Disneyland app on your smartphone. This is handy if you don’t want to wait in line, are planning ahead to avoid cranky and hangry kids, or simply want to order in advance and have your meal ready when your family is.

Is Bengal Barbecue Kid-Friendly?

When it comes to the atmosphere and super casual environment of Bengal Barbecue, this quick-service stand is very kid-friendly. Grabbing a bite here is quick and easy (especially if you visit during non-peak times when there’s little to no line), and the indoor and outdoor seating areas off a laid-back place to let kids eat without worrying about judgment or noise.

The menu at Bengal Barbecue may not be kid-friendly for your family, though. There is no kids’ menu here, so kids and adults can choose from the same meat and veggie options – and if there’s one thing kids can be stubborn about, it’s eating vegetables.

You’ll want to dine here if your kids are more adventurous eaters who have no issue with grilled meats like chicken and beef. If you’re working with more of a macaroni and cheese kind of crowd – or very picky eaters – Bengal Barbecue won’t fit their tastes.
