Disney Destinations, LLC is providing the prize only and is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The WDW Magazine Coolest Summer Ever Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor, Prize Provider, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, sweepstakes, or fulfillment agencies, and any other individuals involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. TIMING

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 17, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants (“Entrants”) must visit www.wdw-magazine.com/coolestsummerever and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form, including a valid email address and required contact information.

By entering, Entrants agree to be added to Sponsor’s promotional email list and may receive newsletters and marketing messages from Sponsor. Entrants may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the emails. Opting out will not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person via the online form. Entrants may earn additional entries by completing bonus actions (such as following designated social accounts or other tasks as listed on the entry form). The number of additional entries available and the specific actions required will be displayed on the entry page.

5. WINNER SELECTION

On or about May 18, 2025, Sponsor (or its designee) will select one (1) potential winner (“Winner”) in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before the prize will be awarded.

7. NOTIFICATION

Potential Winner will be notified by email to the address provided at the time of entry within three (3) business days after the drawing. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is valid and that the Entrant checks their email regularly, including spam/junk folders.

To claim the prize, the potential Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release, a completed IRS Form W-9, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor, within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond, provide documents, or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate Winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the actual retail value of the prize, as required by law.

8. RELEASE

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider (Disney Destinations, LLC), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

10. ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

• Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, refunded, or substituted.
• Group members must travel together on the same itinerary and dates, determined at Prize Provider’s sole discretion.
• Winner and guests are responsible for all costs not included in the prize description, including but not limited to excursions, meals, beverages, gratuities, insurance, souvenirs, and incidental expenses.
• Winner must present a valid credit card at hotel check-in for incidental charges.
• Theme park tickets are subject to availability, capacity limitations, and Disney’s rules/policies. Admission and offerings are not guaranteed.
• Disney Gift Card is subject to terms at disneygiftcard.com/terms/us.
• If any part of the Vacation Package is canceled or unavailable, no compensation will be provided except at Disney’s sole discretion.
• Winner and guests must comply with all health, safety, and conduct policies of Disney; failure to do so may result in termination of the prize without compensation.
• Federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Because the prize value exceeds $600, Winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC from Sponsor at the end of the calendar year in which the prize was awarded.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy www.wdw-magazine.com/privacy-policy. By entering, Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described in these Official Rules and in the Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law.
