At Troubadour Tavern, you can grab a bite before exploring the rotating seasonal offerings hosted at Disneyland’s Fantasyland Theatre. Whether you’re stopping by for a live stage show or checking out a seasonal event like Holiday Fun with Santa and Friends!, this quick-service restaurant serves up some of the park’s best hidden gems – and trust me when I say they’re as filling as they are flavorful.
Troubadour Tavern Location
Troubadour Tavern sits right next to the entrance to the Fantasyland Theatre, which is in the very back corner of Fantasyland. You might miss it – look to your left as you enter the theater, and you’ll likely spot a line of people waiting to place their orders.
Troubadour Tavern Menu
If you’re searching for something new at Disneyland, Troubadour Tavern is a great place to dine. This restaurant features an always-changing menu, whether it’s rotating seasonal dishes throughout the year, adding new limited-time menu items, or testing different viral flavor combinations for its famed baked potatoes.
That’s right, Troubadour Tavern is loved by locals for its baked potatoes. Originally, the potatoes were simple; the Troubadour Baked Potato has long been a staple. But in recent years, the potatoes have gotten more adventurous and exciting, so keep an eye out for new combinations during each visit.
There’s more than potatoes here, though, and Troubadour Tavern is a great spot to find creative savory dishes. You’ll find a small selection of kid-friendly options, and there are always classics like fruit bars and ice cream bars to lean into if you just need something that’ll be a crowd-pleaser.

Advance Dining Reservations
Like all of Disneyland’s quick-service eateries, Troubadour Tavern doesn’t offer advance dining reservations. You’ll need to walk up and place your order when hunger strikes.
However, if you’re hoping to save time and skip some of the waiting time in a physical queue, Troubadour Tavern does offer Mobile Order. You can place your order in the Disneyland app in advance of when you’re hoping to eat (or before your kids start to get hangry), choose a pickup window, and arrive at that prescheduled time with little to no wait.
Is Troubadour Tavern Kid-Friendly?
The food and drinks at Troubadour Tavern are always exciting, but the fare does unfortunately lean more adult versus kid-friendly. Different types of baked potatoes are a staple of the menu, but the toppings on those potatoes are typically tailored to adult palates, not kids’ pickier tastes.
However, there are some options that kids will like here, which makes it a solid option for the whole family. As long as your child is okay with chicken tenders or snack-like bites, they’ll have no issues dining here for a quick meal.
And when it comes to atmosphere, since this quick-service spot is super laid back and designed for grab-and-go meals, parents don’t need to worry about noisy, grumpy, or even wiggly little ones. However, I do recommend sending one parent or adult in your party to stake out somewhere to dine – seating options are limited here, and it gets crowded fast thanks to its proximity to “it’s a small world” and Mickey’s Toontown.
