Grab a meal at Small Bytes, and you’ll have the chance to dine under the California sun as you enjoy the grounds of Pixar Place Hotel or hang out poolside (or splash pad-side) on the hotel’s “rooftop” space. This quick-service restaurant is decked out with Pixar characters and plenty of creative decor to pursue as you enjoy everything from light bites and drinks to full-size meals for substantial hunger.
Small Bytes Location
You can find Small Bytes at Pixar Place Hotel. It’s located on the third floor of the hotel, which is the pool deck – and the restaurant sits just a short distance from the pool, near the outdoor fire pits and activity spaces.
Small Bytes Menu
Small Bytes is technically open for brunch (or a late breakfast), lunch, and dinner, but the menu stays the same all day long. Here, you’ll find snack-sized portions for lighter appetites, salads, sandwiches, and a complete kids’ menu with both meals and a snack option.
Like its name suggests, a lot of the fare at Small Bytes is meant for smaller snack-sized plates. However, with Mega Bytes on the menu, it is possible to grab a full meal here. Much of the food is typical poolside fare, from burgers and fries to chicken fingers and wraps.

Advance Dining Reservations
Since Small Bytes is a quick-service restaurant, it doesn’t offer advance dining reservations. Instead, you can pop by and place your order in-person while you’re hanging out at the hotel.
Is Small Bytes Kid-Friendly?
With a mix of kid-friendly kids’ meals (or Little Nibblers) featuring plenty of picky eater favorites and a larger menu that can satisfy both adults and teens or tweens, Small Bytes is a great kid-friendly place to dine. It’s a solid stop if you’re already staying at Pixar Place Hotel, since it’s open in the morning and into the evening – but since it is a poolside spot, it is a bit more limited than a full quick-service restaurant in the parks.
The beauty of Small Bytes is really in the dining environment. This is an incredibly laid-back restaurant, like any poolside bar or restaurant. Plus, it’s situated right near other outdoor offerings at the hotel, like outdoor play spaces and fire pits. As a result, there’s zero need to worry about kids who want to wiggle or run around (and the noise level is already loud enough to handle chatter or fussy little ones).
