A longtime staple sitting along the Rivers of America at Disneyland Park, River Belle Terrace has been a fan favorite place to dine for decades. Steeped in Southern charm and converted from a quick-service spot to a sit-down table service restaurant, it’s now a place where you can dine on comfort food with plenty of flavor while soaking in the sights of Frontierland whether you dine indoors or outdoors.
River Belle Terrace Location
River Belle Terrace sits in Frontierland, with its entrance facing the Rivers of America. However, it’s quite close to Adventureland and New Orleans Square – it’s just steps away from both the Adventureland Treehouse and Pirates of the Caribbean.
River Belle Terrace Menu
River Belle Terrace feels like stepping into a storied Southern space, and that feeling carries over to the menu, too. This restaurant is all about classic comfort foods from the South, with staples like pimento cheese, fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and more.
Open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, guests at River Belle Terrace can enjoy staples that are satisfying and delicious. Whether you’re in the mood for barbecue, pasta, or even something plant-based, the menu is extensive enough to cover most tastes and preferences. Plus, kids have options whether they’re adventurous eaters or picky.

Advance Dining Reservations
Since 2016, River Belle Terrace has been a table service restaurant – and like all of Disneyland Resort’s other table service dining spots, this one does offer advance dining reservations.
While it’s recommended that you make dining reservations for any table service eatery you’re hoping to dine at because they can fill up fast, River Belle Terrace is a bit more flexible. Unless you’re visiting during a very crowded time of the year (to find out when those are, check out our Disneyland crowd calendars!), last-minute reservations and walk-up spots are usually available.
Is River Belle Terrace Kid-Friendly?
With a slightly elevated atmosphere (if you’re dining inside, that is) and a menu that offers tasty choices for adults and kids alike, River Belle Terrace is both family- and kid-friendly.
While dining inside the restaurant feels a bit more formal than enjoying your meal at one of the tables outside, River Belle Terrace is still a classic Disneyland table service restaurant – which means the Cast Members and other diners here expect kids at the table. Plus, it’s still casual enough that no one will worry about a little mess or wiggly toddlers.
The food at River Belle Terrace is also great for kids. Stop by for brunch, and you’ll find all of the classics that kids know and love on the menu. Lunch and dinner are also great for picky eaters, with mac and cheese on the menu so there’s something to fall back on. And for adults who like more flavorful food, the Southern staples on the menu will ensure there’s something you actually want to eat, too.
