If you’re a hot dog enthusiast, you’re going to want to try what’s on the menu at Award Wieners. This quick-service restaurant located in Disney California Adventure Park serves a whole host of gourmet, street-style hot dogs, all with fun names that perfectly suit its Hollywood-inspired theming.

One of the best reasons to head to Award Wieners? This restaurant serves up some stellar seasonal offerings throughout the year, from Magic Key Holder exclusives to spooky and spicy (and even sweet) options during Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort.

Award Wieners Location

Award Wieners is located in Hollywood Land. As you walk down the main drag, you’ll find the restaurant on the left, just across the street from Disney Junior Dance Party! (which is inside the Disney Theater) and the Disney Animation Building.

Award Wieners Menu

You can pretty much guess what’s on the menu at Award Wieners based on the restaurant’s name. It’s a hot dog spot, with a variety of dogs and side dishes. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, serving the same options all day.

However, because the hot dogs here are designed to be anything but average (after all, they are… Award Wieners), each one features its own unique mix of toppings. Simple options, like a classic and plain hot dog, are available, so picky eaters have options, too.

With a rotating selection of seasonal options, the menu at Award Wieners is always changing. While plenty of staples remain year-round, there’s always a new dog to try here.

See what’s on the year-round menu below.

Stars of the Show

  • Bacon Street Dog
  • Uptown Chili Dog
  • All-Beef Hot Dog
  • Plant-based Philly Dog

Supporting Cast

  • Asada Fries
  • Filmstrip Fries

Kids’ Menu

  • Power Pack
  • All-Beef Mini Dog

A mix of alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages is also available.

Advance Dining Reservations

Since Award Wieners is a quick-service restaurant, advance dining reservations (ADRs) aren’t available. It’s a walk-up counter (and keep in mind there’s little overhead shade here!), so you can order any time the restaurant is open.

Want to skip the wait? Award Wieners does offer Mobile Order, so you can place an order in advance of when you’d like to dine right in the Disneyland app. Or you can use Mobile Order to skip the wait and order food on demand, depending on how busy the restaurant is.

Is Award Wieners Kid-Friendly?

Award Wieners is pretty kid-friendly, if your kids are hot dog fans. The kids’ menu is pretty limited here, with just two choices. But these meals should satisfy plenty of diners – though you may want to eat elsewhere if your kids aren’t so enthusiastic about hot dogs.

When it comes to atmosphere, this super casual quick-service spot is very kid-friendly. The nearby outdoor dining space offers plenty of shade and space for kids to get the wiggles out, and there’s no need for them to be quiet or on their best table-service behavior.

If your kids simply need a break or a laid-back place to eat, this is a great option.
