Is Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession Kid-Friendly?
Like every Disneyland parade, Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession is very kid-friendly. This is a shorter parade – almost an in-between that’s not quite a parade, but longer than a cavalcade – that features bright, bold colors, a story explaining the traditions of Lunar New Year celebrations, and plenty of Chinese entertainers.
Mulan and Mushu are always part of the parade, but each year you can also catch lesser-seen Disney characters who represent the animal of the zodiac for the year ahead (like Oswald in 2023 for the Year of the Rabbit).
Best For: Guests of all ages who love a good parade with music, eye-catching performances, and rarely-seen Disney characters.
Will Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession Cause Motion Sickness?
Since Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession is a parade, it won’t cause motion sickness.
