Tour a working bakery – well, a replica of one – at California Adventure’s the Bakery Tour. Designed to mimic the famous Boudin Bakery in San Francisco, this San Fransokyo attraction takes guests on a journey from sourdough starter to delectable bread (and yes, there are samples!) that combines a video presentation with real-life bread baking.

Is the Bakery Tour Kid-Friendly?

The Bakery Tour is pretty kid-friendly – after all, it offers free bread samples and a cool interior space with quite a bit of room. However, since it is meant to be educational, little ones who aren’t in the mood to listen or watch video lessons may not love this attraction.

Best For: Older kids who are interested in the videos and live bread baking demonstrations (or anyone who likes air conditioning and a free snack).

Will the Bakery Tour Cause Motion Sickness?

Since the Bakery Tour is a walkthrough attraction, motion sickness shouldn’t be an issue for guests.
