The San Angel Inn is the the most beautiful of all of the World Showcase restaurants. You can dine under the stars and in the middle of the day. The restaurant is based on a historic Mexico City monastery that has been turned into one of the top restaurants in Mexico.
The menu here is more than the standard, everyday, Americanized Mexican food. For some people the menu is just a little to adventurous. Reviews run the gamut from great to mediocre to downright bad. One thing that get consistent good reviews is the margarita.

Dad’s Bottom Line
The San Angel Inn gets the most inconsistent reviews of any of the World Showcase Restaruants (except maybe it neighbor in China). A lot of people don’t like the food, but a lot say it’s great. What can I say, I’m not a big Mexican food fan, so we’ve never eaten here.
