Dad loves ‘Ohana. That’s a fact. Dinner is a meat lovers paradise (which is why Dad loves it) and breakfast stars Lilo and Stitch and is good fun. They say ‘Ohana means family and everyone who enters is a “cousin” and they mean it. Welcome Cousin!

For years this has beenDad’s favorite place in all of Walt Disney World for dinner. The menu is really simple here. Steak, Pork, Chicken and big ole shrimpies. YUMMY!!! (Yes there is some green stuff too, but who eats that?). Like I said, a meat lovers paradise. (Hey Travel Channel, you might want to check out ‘Ohana for your next Meat Paradise show.)

‘Ohana’s Best Friends Family Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch
Served from 7:30-11:00am Daily
Every morning hundreds of people take their lives and children at risk and eat breakfast with Lilo and Stitch. After seeing what that blue monster did to the Magic Kingdom back in ’04, I wouldn’t be going anywhere near Stitch. Yes, I know, it was all just a show and Stitch is on his best behavior every morning as he and Lilo host ‘Ohana’s Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch…
But still that little blue guy scares me… (Just kidding.)
The Menu
The menu for breakfast is pretty standard Disney World restaurant fare. Breakfast is served family style. That means your server brings piles of food in a big wok and you serve yourselves. That’s Disney’s version of Family Style.
Here’s what’s in the breakfast wok –
- Hua PakaMade fresh, hot, and delicious
- Uala KahikiIsland-style Potatoes
- Pua’aPork Breakfast Sausage Links and Smoked Bacon
- Mickey-shaped Waffles
- Assorted Breakfast Breads and Seasonal Fruit
If you want more of any item, just ask. Your server will be happy to provide.

WDW Character Meals
The Best Friends Family Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch is one of the great Character meals that WDW is famous for. During the meal Lilo and Stitch will circulate through the dining room pausing at each table for pictures and autographs (and maybe a hug or two). It’s a great way to get some alone time with your favorite character.

What’s for Dinner
Served from 5:00-10:00pm
Dinner is the meal Dad’s eats at here. It’s what the restaurant was designed for. This restaurant is a great place for big eaters. It’s a meat eaters dream. The menu includes steak, pork, and shrimp served off of big long skewers.
The old saying goes “Come hungry, leave happy.” That certainly applies here. Hey, some people say it’s the best thing they ever ate.
The Dinner Menu
Dinner is served in stages. It starts off with the traditional hot towel and some traditional Hawaiian Welcome Bread. This is a great way to start a meal. Every restaurant should begin meals this way.
The starters are delivered first. Then the green stuff you eat with the meats. Then the meats… Lots and lots of meats… After everyone is full, dessert is served. Save room for dessert. It’s great.

The Best Part
Everything here is all you can eat. Just ask. Servers will keep putting meat on your plate until you tell them to stop. Take your time. Enjoy
Make sure you don’t schedule a big meal the next morning. Like Dad did …
Children’s Menu
Children can choose to eat the items listed above, or they can choose from; Chicken Nuggets, Macaroni & Cheese, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, Hamburger or Cheeseburger. These are all served with French Fries. Includes Sodas or Tea.
One note of caution…
Service is sometimes slow, especially drink service. Through the years it has improved and then slipped again. Usually service is good, but not great. Hopefully it will get better.
Still this is a great place for a family meal on your Disney World vacation.
The Entertainment
This is a great place for the whole family. Why? Because of the entertainment. What entertainment? Every 30 minutes “cousins” are invited to participate in one of the games. The games include a coconut race with brooms or a hula hoop contest.
Kids of all ages love playing the games. Make sure to have the cameras ready, especially if you can talk Mom into hula hooping.

Dad’s Bottom Line
This is just about the perfect Disney World restaurant. It features all the steak, pork, pork, and shrimp you can eat. Mrs. Mom tells me there’s some green stuff that’s pretty good, but me, I go to ‘Ohana for the meat.
It’s also a great place for families with small children. The coconut race and hula hoop contest are great diversions for the kids. It’s also a good place for an romantic evening for newlyweds. (Ask for a window seat.)
Groups are also very welcome here. (Read about Dad’s table for 15.)
