According to the backstory behind Kat Saka’s Kettle, this outpost was owned by Kat Saka, a Batuuan farmer who collected items throughout the galaxy. She decided to use her collectibles to make some delicious grain-based snack food.

If you’re looking to visit Kat Saka’s Kettle, head towards the opening between Ronto Roasters and the Droid Depot. Here, you’ll walk through some lush greenery; if you take a left, you’ll find Kat Saka’s Kettle, tucked away with Ronto Roasters on one side and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo on the other.

The menu at Kat Saka’s Kettle is simple, but there’s plenty of variety. This highly-themed popcorn stand offers flavorful blends you can’t find anywhere inside Disney World, along with a uniquely flavored and colorful slush.
While there aren’t a ton of dining options to consider in Galaxy’s Edge, this is the perfect place to grab a snack. Just keep in mind that it’s not your average popcorn, so kids may not be thrilled by the less-than-classic choices here.

You can redeem one snack credit for the menu items at Kat Saka’s Kettle. You won’t be able to redeem a meal here, since only snacks are available.
Advance Dining Reservations
Kat Saka’s Kettle is a quick-service stand, so it does not require advance dining reservations (ADRs).
While you cannot make ADRs, you are able to use the MyDisney Experience App to Mobile Order items on the menu. If the line for Kat Saka’s Kettle is too long for your liking, or you’re hoping to plan a snack in advance so you don’t wind up with hangry kids, Mobile Order is a handy way to get food without waiting in a physical line.
Is Kat Saka’s Kettle Kid-Friendly?
Like we mentioned above, the more unique and adventurous flavor combinations found at Kat Saka’s Kettle may not be the most kid-friendly. While there is basic popcorn on the menu, every item has a bit of a Star Wars-inspired twist – so be warned that the seasonings and colorful hues may not be ideal for picky eaters.
