Grab a groovy snack or cool beverage from Fillmore’s Taste-In, a quick-service stand in California Adventure’s Cars Land that’s themed after the totally psychedelic Fillmore himself.

Featuring a colorful geodesic dome, plenty of tie-dyed decor, and some cool Cars-themed touches, this is no ordinary snack spot. It’s particularly stunning at night, when all of the bold and neon colors come to life.

Fillmore’s Taste-In Location

You’ll find Fillmore’s Taste-In on the right-hand side as you enter Cars Land. It’s located just across the “street” from Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree

Is Fillmore’s Taste-In Kid-Friendly?

When it comes to theming, Fillmore’s Taste-In is very kid-friendly, especially if your kids are fans of the Cars films. It feels like you’ve stepped right into Fillmore’s shop onscreen, with bright and bold decorations that are totally psychedelic, man.

Food-wise, Fillmore’s Taste-In is also nicely kid-friendly. While the options aren’t too extensive, the snack selection here offers great (and mostly healthy) options for kids. The fresh fruit makes it easy to grab something to satisfy kids of every age between meals, and savory options like Babybel snack cheese and pickles are great for anyone.

Plus, there’s a good amount of shaded outdoor seating around Fillmore’s, which makes it a great spot to sit down and relax – or let kids wiggle and move around a bit between waiting for attractions.
