If you’re looking for a freshly-baked grab-and-go bite to eat or a caffeinated (and delicious) specialty coffee, stop by Cafe Rix at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This quick-service restaurant offers a range of options designed to be quick, easy to pick up, and satisfying whether you’re dining at the resort or heading into the theme parks for an early start.

Cafe Rix Location

You’ll find Cafe Rix at Coronado Spring Resort. It’s located off the main lobby, near Rix Lounge, El Mercado de Coronado, and Maya Grill.

Cafe Rix Menu

The menu at Cafe Rix may be filled with grab-and-go items, but it’s impressively versatile. Open for breakfast and lunch (and technically brunch), this quick-service dining spot is home to pastries, yogurts, fruit, and fresh salads.

If it’s dessert or drinks you’re looking for, Cafe Rix is also a great option for specialty coffees and sweets. Just note that, since this restaurant closes after lunch, you won’t be able to grab a late-in-the-day coffee from here (or a late-night dessert while you’re hanging out at the resort)

Check out what’s on the menu at Cafe Rix below.

Disney Dining Plan

You can use the Disney Dining Plan here – both versions are accepted, so you can use credits from the Disney Dining Plan or the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. Since Cafe Rix is a quick-service spot, you’ll be able to cash in your quick-service meal credits for entrées or tap into those snack credits for snacks like grab-and-go food or pastries.

It’ll cost you one quick-service meal credit per person to purchase a “full meal” (or entrée) here, and one snack credit if you opt for an eligible snack food.

Advance Dining Reservations

Since Cafe Rix is a quick-service location, you won’t find advance dining reservations (ADRs) offered here. You can stop by any time the restaurant is open to grab food.

Is Cafe Rix Kid-Friendly?

Cafe Rix is definitely a kid-friendly place to grab a bite to eat. Whether you’re looking for a meal or a snack spot that’ll please adults and young kids, this versatile option delivers something for most tastes. While kids may not be excited about the salads or specialty coffee drinks on the menu here, they’ll certainly enjoy the array of pastries. And if you’re staying onsite at Coronado Springs Resort, it’s particularly convenient for an early morning or afternoon bite.
